Jon-Michael Ecker, also known as Jon Ecker and Michael William Ecker, is an actor from the United States. Jon Ecker was born in San Marcos, Texas, to Brazilian actor Guy Ecker and an American mother. He was raised in Texas and graduated from U.C.S.B. with a degree in aquatic biology before travelling to Mexico City to pursue acting. Jon began his career in Latin America before returning to the United States in 2014 to work in the Hollywood industry.

Jon was born to his mother, who has not been identified, and his father, Guy Ecker. Guy, his father, is a well-known actor in Latin America. He is famous for his work in telenovelas and is Brazilian. We know his mother is American, even if we don’t know her name. As a result of his father’s marriage to Estela Sainz, Jon also has three step-siblings. Growing up, he discovered a passion for performing, contributing to his professional success.

Jon Ecker announced on March 9 that the couple was expecting their first child. He announced the news with a photo of James cradling her baby bump.

James reacted to her husband’s post, saying, “Love you, you’re going to be the best dad.”

Actress Kara Killmer of Chicago Fire congratulated the pair in a comment on Ecker’s post, writing, “Congrats, Jon! So happy for you both, and what a fun little peanut you already have!” They also received a comment from Queen of the South actress Veronica Verónica Falcón, who wrote: “Omg!!!!!! Congrats, you guys!!! Felicidades!!!!! Laura James and you, dear Jon, wow!!!”

Both announced the name of their child by taking to Instagram and posting sweet Polaroid pictures with the caption,” Ellie James Ecker 🤍 July 31, 2023.
